The first disappointment of the new year.

Initially, I was completely satisfied with the quality of the product. However, unfortunately, after the very first wash, despite strictly following the care instructions on the label, the jacket became unusable. It is worth noting that the shoulders and hood remained intact. Given that different filler materials are used in production, it would be extremely helpful to provide care instructions tailored to the most delicate material. I am deeply disappointed by the quality and the lack of responsibility from the manufacturer.
