Poor QC, item with clear defect sold at clearance prices

Tear in the right pants leg near the ankle, did not realise before wearing it out as it was difficult to see due to the black colour. Ankle zips are uncomfortable against the legs as they are not soft. Zip is stiff at the edges. Pants leg is also too long for the waist size.
