3 out of 5 on comfort.
Easily the ugliest shoes I've ever bought but still I mostly like them. The only real downside besides how they pick up and hold tiny rocks is that the tongue both sides up and down easily and is really hard/stiff on top so it tends to dig into the ankle. I was taking a chance with these and they are ok-ish but not great
