Get for moms

I really love this bag. I have always been a tote person and I was cautious about switching but I really like this backpack. I do have a tiny bit of trouble with the zipper - which is why i did not give it 5 stars.

great design, but not highest quality

I love the design of this bag! I wanted a purse to wear as a backpack, but I also wanted to be able to carry it like a purse. All of the pockets are very convenient for a day to day bag. My main complaint is the main zipper takes two hands to zip. You have to hold one part of the bag so that the zipper gets enough leverage to close. I can tell this will eventually break. I would LOVE a version of this bag made with quality materials. I can't complain too much about the quality of a bag at this price point, but I WANT a higher end version.

Was expecting better QC

Just received the bag today and it seems the quality of it is below subpar. The stitching around the upper bag near the zipper are torn when arrived. Also the end of the straps to adjust the length of the bag have different stiching patterns on each side. To be honest wasn't expecting to receive a manufacture defect bag from the site.

Pretty chill

The quality of the material is noticeably cheap in person but it still looks pretty stylish, I can fit an extra sweater and my size 9 shoes in the bag but not much else, overall pretty cool bag
