had to get a second pair to get it right

the first pair i got the left foot was a lot tighter than the right foot - the material was scratching my skin. a shame as it felt comfy. i returned and got another pair, this time it was a lot better. the left and the right was still not even but at least it wasnt digging to my skin. the strap is fixed. this is not for wide feet folks. cushion is great and comfy which is why i kept. its chunky look so not for those who like things looking more dainty.
