Quality of Fabric has changed - disappointing

I love this Adidas Black women's baseball cap, however, although it looks the same, the quality of the cotton fabric is NOT the same, It no longer has the same stiffness. The fabric is softer and does does retain it's shape the way the older ones did. They do fade after a season or two in the sun, so I have reordered frequently. I will continue to order but I no longer like the quality of the cotton.
