Sizing issue

The sneaker in itself is stunning. The sizing however I am dissatisfied with. The site advised to size up and due to them being the official site I figured they obviously know it’s a small make. Now I’m left with a sneaker that is too big and have to insert inner soles. I feel the sneaker should be made true to size
