Macy's fails Christmas shopper AGAIN.

I wish I could tell you how wonderful this bracelet looks, but Macy's has failed me for the 2nd Christmas in a row. Last year it cancelled my order abruptly and this year it sent me the wrong item. It then said it would get me the replacement by Christmas and it is now coming the day after. They used to care about customers, now they only offer sorry for the inconvenience. To me, ruining someone's Christmas is not just an "inconvenience." I gave them a 2nd chance. Next Christmas, I won't.

Cheap

The chain is extremely thin and cheap looking. I’m disappointed in this bracelet. I ordered several different gold chain bracelets this Christmas as gifts from different stores, the two from Macy’s are by far the cheapest quality and looks.
