Decent sofa terrible customer service

I was promised my order by 5/30 and it was delivered 6/2, TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Wrong street wrong house number. And it was left to the elements, which was pouring down rain. Macys doesn't right any wrong so I guess I should be happy that it was left at the home of an honest person who came and told me where my delivery was. Its a 115lb box so she wasn't able to deliver it, and it wasn't her job to anyway. This is my final Macys purchase, I've given several chances to redeem themselves but I refuse to be ripped off and deal with terrible customer service.
