Terrible quality, turned neck green

Horrible jewelry, do NOT buy. This was a Valentine's gift for my daughter. We thought the gold finish was a little dark when she opened it, but she really liked the design, and so she was excited to wear it. I was mortified and embarrassed when after one wear, not only did it turn even darker, it actually left green marks all over her neck. The quality is awful!

Broken

I sent this as a gift. It arrived broken and without the initial. I asked to have it resent but I have to have the recipient of the gift return the broken necklace. I sent a photo. The receiver can’t return it and It’s a total inconvenience. Don’t send gifts from Macys. I’ve opted to pay twice so my friend can have her present. If I lived closer I would have sent it to myself and delivered it. Such a disappointment.
