Pretty set but…

The set is pretty but the solid bracelet is very difficult to open.

Never Received Since 12/05 Delivery Date

Never received it. Woman said she'd reach out two days ago but nothing yet. I'm literally on the hold with Macy's again, as if I don't have anything else to do. I placed the order 11/30/25 & was given a date of 12/05/25 for delivery. I waited until the 10th to reach out, was promised a call back, to no avail-after I gave rep a good review. SMH on hold now for about 25 minutes.
