Beautiful Dress is Too Snug

I ordered this lovely dress for a wedding this Summer. It's perfect, except too tight through the bust. The spandex makes it very firm-fiting, as well. I sadly need to return it.

Lovely, but…

Lovely sheath dress. Rich fabric print. Quality craftsmanship. I am 5’3”, 145#, large busted. The size 10 was too small across the top. I think this dress would look better on someone taller, with a more defined waist and smaller bust. I’m returning it.
