Beautiful dress, but not for me

This is a beautiful dress, but too much bling for me. The sequins and beads also added weight to the dress, and they easily seem to fall off. I bought a size 6. I am 5'3" and would have to shorten the dress. I found another Macy's dress that didn't require any alterations.
