Great AIR MATTRESS

Purchasing my 2nd one - LOVE this air mattress for overnight guests when an extra bed is needed. My guests have all enjoyed a good night sleep and are impressed with this air mattress. The height and ability to adjust the firmness make this air mattress.

Disappointing Purchase

When this item arrived, I was very excited by the height and what looked to be good quality. By the fourth night of using it (one person), I noticed the mattress started loosing air while in use. By the 5th night, it had to be adjusted twice over a nine hour span. The mattress was placed over a protective padding to keep it off the floor and prevent punctures so I am sure that problem wasn't on my end. To make matters worse, customer service instructed me to return the item to any store and the store I took it to was a nightmare to return.
