Wrong item listed

As other reviewers are saying, the wrong item is listed. The item picture shows smooth fabric and I received a net-like fabric. Will be returning. Other than that, the shoe is comfortable but runs slightly bigger.

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The item in the picture is not the same from what I received. Not prey at all. This will be returned for sure.

product is not as pictured!

I ordered the smooth mule as pictured above and was also sent the textured fabric pair. I was hoping to replace my favorite aerosols fabric and was elated when I saw Macy's was carrying it, but alas, I have to send my pairs back as the textured shoe is completely different.

NOT the item pictured

Ridiculous that they cannot replace the picture to match what they actually sell. You do NOT get the smooth stretch fabric shown, which is what I wanted. You actually receive an open knit mesh fabric which is not nearly as comfortable and easy to slip on and off. Now, I have to go through the trouble sending this item back because they are selling a different product in it's place. Frustrating.

Incorrect listing

Cute and comfortable shoe but buyers beware Macys does not sell the elastic stretch version in the picture. They sell the knit version instead. I’ve made 2 purchases to confirm this. Still cute and comfortable but not the item that is listed.
