    Terrible Experience

    Bad experience with this order. Never got the item, though an email said it was sent. Tracking not updated. Spoke with a customer service person who gave me a new delivery date. No item delivered. 10 days after the order was placed (and now 5 days before Christmas) AI Chatbot offered me option of refunding the purchase or reordering. Chatbot said 11 minutes to wait for a live agent, 30 minutes later, still waiting. I picked Macy's for this item because I thought they were reliable. Right!
