Customer SERVICE

Worst on line ordering of any Debt store so far. Amount sent in confirmation email does not show 100.00 gift card credit...after 3 calls to customer service. They tell me wont show in the confirmation email RIDICULOUS...spent 1 hour trying to confirm NEVER again. I stopped using this MACYS on line for years due to this NOW I will never again

Comfort and style

Purchasing online is not always ideal, but I got lucky with these boots. I was looking for some black leather boots and wanted a low-medium heel for comfort. Those had my attention and the brand reassured about comfort. I’m usually a 7 to 71/2, with a slight wide feet. I purchased the 7 1/2 (size 8 wasn’t available). They do fit like a glove, but with thin socks. I din’t have any issue putting them on/off. Yes, the zipper is just for decoration (I’d rather not it personally, but it’s ok. I’m 5’-5”, 120 lbs and can wear them over a skinny jeans. It wouldn’t be a good fit for bigger calves.
