DO NOT BUY THIS DRESS NOR ANY DESSY MARKETED DRESS

I ordered this dress and the zipper was defective. The zipper opened up while I was wearing it leaving me humiliated. Worse than the humiliation was the fact that the after market (third party vendor) that is selling this dress refused to refund the dress because there were signs that it had been worn! Bad/defective dress and a worse seller. This dress is not sold by Macys. This is a third party vendor and a bad crooked one at that. Sold me a dress that was defective and refused to fix or refund it. DO NOT BUY THIS DRESS NOR ANY “DESSY” MARKETED CLOTHING.

Unacceptable

The seller of this dress is a 3rd party. I didn’t think that was a big deal until I tried to return it. I ordered a few dresses to try on for a wedding. This was one. I literally tried the dress on in a carpeted roo, barefoot, for 30 seconds before deciding it was too big and placed it back on a hanger in plastic bag with bottom sealed and returned with the others to Macy’s, tags and a strip of material to assure it was not worn all intact. The dress was shocked when the dress returned to me with”damage”. I finally found a 3 tiny spots the size of a pin, marked with white tape that I never saw before. The third party Dessy Group, refuses to refund, and Macys says it’s not their item. Still trying to resolve. very angry.
