3rd party sent incorrect item!

I would love to give a good review for this product, however since the product I received was not the product I ordered I am extremely disappointed! I bought this with the intention that it would be a Christmas gift. Alas, I am now stuck with the issues of dealing with customer service representatives who speak broken English & packaging the wrong item received. Not to mention having to take it to a UPS store during the height of the Holiday season! Very poor customer service in my opinion! I expect more from the once great Macy's!
