Incompetence

I ordered the Alessi Tending Box 4 Way Measuring Tool (4-in-1 shot glass), but then received a notice that it was backordered and I could cancel if I chose. I could only cancel by calling customer service. I did s, and canceled my order, but Macy's shipped it any way 3 weeks later and charged me.
