A1 Scratch Defense Fry Pans OK

These fry pans have heft an quality construction I expected, but I had reservations about the scratch defense non-stick coating. The rippled nature of the design had me concerned that food would stick in the grooves; unfortunately this has turned out to be true. When we cook eggs there is a bunch of residue in the grooves. It cleans out easy enough, but that means I am losing a bit of my food to the pan. It is more cleanup than it should be for a brand new non-stick pan, especially for the price I paid. I regret not buying something with a smooth finish.

8 QUART STOCKPOT

As with all Circulon products this is a quality cooking instrument. Interestingly the pot at 8 quarts is smaller than a 6 quart I own but the volume it holds is actually 8 quarts.
