No elastic

The elastic is not very elastic. It has about 2" of give. If I give these to my sister they will just fall off of her...I'm returning.

Not ideal.

I found them to be a little short in the rise and they are hard to keep up on my figure. Usually Alfred Dunner is a good fit for me but these were not
