This 1-quart saucier offers superb heat conductivity and distribution. You won't get "hot spots," so food cooks evenly. Stainless steel exterior layer with a band of copper for accent. The pan has a copper core surrounded by two layers of aluminum and a stainless steel cooking surface. Polished stainless steel handle stays cool during cooking and is secured with sturdy, non-corrosive rivets. Hand wash, as dishwasher use will deteriorate the pan's exterior beauty.

Great pan!

Already having the 3 quart saucier, I knew the quality of this item in advance. I like the more compact size for simple reduction sauces as it frees up stove top space when using multiple pans.

Cannot be used for any cream based sauces. Other than that, I use it multiple times each day.

Love this! Nothing destoys it and I have tried.

As you can tell from the title, I am not the best cook in the world, but this pan has saved me on occasion when I would have burnt and thrown out other pans because of the scorching and burning. It was well worth the money and I plan to add others to our kitchen. Glad my husband is a chef and recommended this type of pan for our kitchen. Love it!

A perfect saucier

This is my second exact saucier. I have couple of sauciers for three houses and by comparing., this is the best among all. Heat evenly, good size, neat pouring design and easy to clean. Bigger sizes work better than other brand too. What can you ask for more? Maybe a little cheaper the price.

A great little pot

Looks wonderful in our hanging pot rack. Love the little copper striping on the side. Great for heating up a single can of soup or sauce. And cleans easily.
