So nice!

Got it for reducing sauces and the build allows me to forget for 10 minutes and not burn the bottom. So dope! I use gas so not sure if it translates to electric. But so nice to use and looks great after about a dozen balsamic reductions

Awesome - add a 3-qt too…

Wonderful addition to kitchen. Versatile with typical Copper Core benefits and craftsmanship. Have really come to prefer - by a wide margin - the saucier/chef pan profile. Would love to see a 3-qt version.

2 QT Saucier w/lid

Beautiful! This saucier is stunningly beautiful. We're so proud to use it that we kept it on the stove top for a month. Its the perfect size for soups, grits, boiling eggs, and pasta for two. The Copper Core series is the poot! Buy American!

One of the most useful pans we own

Bought this pan somewhat on a whim, 5-8 years ago. Wasn't sure if we'd actually use it all that much, but we are big fans of the Copper Core collection. Boy was I wrong. I believe we use this pan more than any other of our All Clad pans, and we own at least 6 others, maybe 8. Generally used daily. Super handy for cooking veggies, heating soup, leftovers, cooking rice, you name it. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.
