I have been using the same AllClad Copper Core pots and pans for 25 years, worth the Investment My sister buys cheaper frying pans and every few years she is forced to buys another. If you invest in a good set upfront you will save money. It’s been 25 years, I have never purchased another pot or pan2. I have added to my set over the years. I cant say enough about the high quality and beauty of AllClad Cookware. You will love AllClad Utensils they will last well beyond your lifetime.

Great cookware!

Great Set! Except One Issue
Received this set for a wedding gift. My wife and I were excited to try these Copper Core pans. Getting away from the Non Stick (Teflon) was a must for our house. Everything was great until the 8" pan starting developing some Pitting issues. Sent in for warranty fix/replacement. All Clad sent it back, stating nothing is wrong with the pan. See for yourself. Hand wash them all the same. Using Barkeeper friend when necessary. I've seen other reviews in regards to the 8" pan having issues. Other then this. The set has been fun to cook with.

All-Clad Copper Core Coookware
I love this All-Clad set! It is heavy duty and sturdy. It is great to cook with and distributes the heat evenly with no hotspots. Even the larger pans which overlap my burners cook evenly. I especially love the chef pan which resembles a wok - I find myself using it the most.

Amazing set
I’ve been eyeing this copper core all-clad set for a while and when Bloomies had a sale I had to jump at the chance. They’re amazing, truly beautiful, clean well. They’re also not as heavy as I was expecting. I’m still getting used to cooking with them for some thing but overall thrilled with it my purchase.

Amazing performance!... but with a catch
These pots and pans work great! They are extremely high quality, and very responsive when it comes to temperature changes. From a performance stand point, I couldn't be happier! But they do have one glaring issue, and that is the handles (more specifically, the long handles). The handles are very high quality, but the ergonomics and shape are horrendous. They are arguably the worst handles I've handled on any pot or pan. They are uncomfortable and no matter how you hold them, they never seem to feel right in the hand. The becomes especially noticeable on the larger/heavier pots and pans, where you can feel them digging into your hand. Overall, they are great pans for cooking performance, but the (long) handles could definitely be a make or break for some with just how uncomfortable they are.

Like beautiful jewelry…
I used my beautiful All Clad copper Core 10 piece set for the first time today and definitely was impressed by the performance in both cooking and clean up! Heat was easily controlled and even cooking. Looking forward to a lifetime of wonderful dishes!
