My husband purchased this hand blender for me July 2021 and although lightly using and dutiful cleaning and care, it will no longer take a charge. The charge light remains red regardless of time charging. Sadly disappointed. I LOVE the cookware.

There is nothing worst than this.
Battery doesn't hold after a year or lightly use. Now I can't even use it in low speed. Trust me, read and research extensively before getting this and you will change your mind.

Disappointed All-Clad isn't making it right with defective products.
Purchased the All-Clad immersion blender for my husband as a gift for Christmas of 2020 and purchased the All-Clad brand as they have a great reputation for good quality products. It has gotten minimal use (25 time at the very most). It now will not hold a charge anymore. Husband and I are pretty disappointed with it costing what it did to not be a better product. I guess the saying "you get what you pay for" is not always true as this unit did not hold up to that. I talked to an All-Clad rep today and was told after 2 years your completely on your own. Sad All-Clad does not stand by their product with it obviously being a design issue with this item (from seeing all the other reviews saying they are having the same exact issue).

Nice Blender. Don't buy until All-Clad offers 5 year warranty
Nice blender. Battery did not last with minimal use. Don't buy until All-Clad changes the battery warranty to 5 years or more. The short life indicates a serious design issue with the battery or battery-charge circuit. For this class of product battery should last 10 years or 500 complete charge-discharge cycles. It is the same technology used in many EV's which come with 10 year battery warranties.

I'm so impressed with All-Clad. I bought the immersion blender years ago and loved it to blend soups and homemade tomato sauce. This year, the shaft broke right in the middle of tomato season. I had no receipt and have had the blender for years. I contacted All-Clad, and they asked me to send them a picture of the broken shaft. Within seconds of my email, they emailed me back and said they would send the new shaft for the blender. It arrived in three days! I was amazed. This company stands by its products which is so rare today.

Wonderful addition to my kitchen
I bought this several months ago. First time used it on a very chunky soup was fantastic. Within a minute or 2 the soup was super smoothe. Great product

Not up to AllClad’s standards
My immersion blender is out of warranty. It will no longer hold a charge so it’s useless. My next one will not be from AllClad. I’ve purchased and used AllClad pots and pans for years. It’s sad to see a brand tarnished by a poorly designed product.
