CZ720051 6-Qt. Electric Pressure Cooker
Product details
Web ID: 4609080Great addition to any kitchen
Saw this in action at my daughter/son-in-law's and liked it so much, they bought me one as a gift. Relatively easy to use, but I find the instructions less than clear and complete. But, by fiddling around, I can do what I want to do. Very effective and unbelievably easy clean-up.

Excellent unit!
This cooked super evenly. First up was 4 lbs of pulled pork, highest pressure setting. It needed 30 minutes to get to pressure, but after that all was good. It released pressure when the time was up. Being able to adjust the pressure for different types of food make this unit more adaptable as delicate veggies and beans won’t be overcooked. The steam function is very nice. All in all, this is a superior product. It is sturdy. The inner pot was heavy duty, non stick. The entire lid comes off and parts all come apart easily for cleaning. The stainless steel body is easily cleaned. I definitely recommend this!

Disappointed
Received this as a Christmas gift, tried cooking potatoes and it would not build presssure. Messed with it the next morning finally got it to build pressure. Next time I tried it it wouldn't work again. Tried to sear it would never reach the ready point. 1 cup of rice with hot water took 20 plus minutes to finally reach pressure. I'm sending this back today.

Very disappointed
I received this as a Christmas gift. The first time is was very hard to close to seal but cooked fine. I have tried to use is several times since and it is taking an extremely long amount of time to preheat. 30+ minutes. Well you know the ingredients are cooking and then it wants to cooked the programmed timed amount as steam. I could have finished cooking in the oven just as quickly with much less stress. Way to expensive for this type of problem. I've tried to call your hotline but I am not usually cooking dinner at 5:55 Eastern Standard time. That is typically when I am getting home from work. Any suggestions?

My life just became a whole lot easier!!!!
My life just became a whole lot easier!!!! The All-Clad 6 quart pressure cooker arrived yesterday. We immediately put it to use with meatballs. I just wanted to get the hang of it. The meatballs were so tender and juicy!!! They only took 7 minutes versus 45 in the oven! The entire family gave them a thumbs up. So today, I decided to try an entire pasta meal from a recipe I found on line. It was amazing! It tasted like it had been hand tossed by an Italian chef! It is a very sturdy unit and blends so well in my stainless steel and black kitchen. It was very easy to clean! I think tomorrow I might do a chocolate cake in it. My family is so excited to see me excited about cooking again! This makes my beloved crockpot look like a dinosaur! I'm thinking of menu planning for the entire week. Potato soup is first on my list. I am thrilled I won't have to spend 4-5 hours on a good pot of potato soup! My husband is pretty excited! I received the product to try out in order to write a review. It's amazing!

dissappointed
Very disappointed in ease of use, it take more than 30 minutes to pressurize, the sear mode dosent get hot enough to even brown meat. I have made beef stroganoff and corned beef and it is a long process
