Greg tried

I have tried to cook bacon and eggs in the skillet but have not got the eggs to not stick. Everything else i have good luck with. Bought this skillet because we-i cook alot and non-stick don't last. Have followed the instructions to a T.

Outstanding Heat Retention & Distribution

I've been looking for an alternative to a "non-stick" pan. I rolled the dice and purchased the 10" D3 Armor pan. The first use was for a sautéd peppers, onions, tomatoes and asparagus starting with a bit of oil and finished with butter. I've since done omelets, sirloin and even a cacio de pepe. This pan is a champ. Don't be afraid to use some oil to prevent sticking.

This was a replacement for a 30 year old pan. Though the picture shows a stainless interior, I actually have the non-stick. Works great!!

Great pan

Very heat efficient. Learning Med (and sometimes Med-low) heat setting gets the job done! A plus that this pan is more light weight than the cast iron pans I exclusively used before.
