Product details
Web ID: 17993292Switching from non stick
I wasn't sure I wanted to give up my nonstick but this works great if you heat it up before using. It just requires a bit of a different way to cook.

Stainless steel user-in-training
I enjoy the pan, though there is a learning curve to traverse for cooking with stainless, as opposed to non-stick surfaces. After the first use, I spent as much or more time cleaning the pan as cooking in it. I cook on a glass-topped stove and need to learn how to evaluate when the pan reaches the desired temperature and how to maintain or intentionally change it.

All Clad 12 inch Fry Pan with Lid
All clad 12inch Fry pan with Lid is nice. I thought it would be more nonstick than it is.

Disappointed--help?
We aren't using it much because food sticks--we reviewed the video and think we are following directions but both chicken and steak have stuck to the skillet. Guidelines say food will release when done but that has not been our experience.

I like the pan but concerned with spots after cleaning it.

Cooks well but uncomfortable to hold.
I’m pleased with the way this pan cooks but the handle is uncomfortable. It’s not rounded enough.

A great pan
This a great pan for all sorts of cooking. I wanted a pan without teflon, that is a pan I will use a long time.

Disappointed
I received this as a Christmas gift but I’m not impressed with its performance. Food sticks and it stained very easily. I was told I used too much heat but I never set the heat above medium. When I reached out for support to resolve the issue I was told the pan would not be covered under warranty. I wasn’t looking for a replacement but I was looking for more guidance on what to do to make the pan usable. I would not recommend.
