Beautiful set of pans

I love the All clad products, I am kind of maniac of this brand. because its absolutely quality, easy to use and clean every peace. Worth every penny paying for this brand!

Non-stick coating peels off!

I purchased a set of All-Clad cookware from Macy’s about a year and a half ago. The set came with a manufacturer’s lifetime guarantee. (I contacted Macy’s when we started to experience problems - they were very helpful and provided the manufacturer contact info. ) Through only light to normal use, THREE of our pans have had the coating peel away. All-Clad customer service has been substandard. They would not replace our set even though it’s clearly defective. They replaced only 2 of the 3 defective pans because we did not have the proper photos for the first pan that started peeling. They refuse to send us replacement pans without the non-stick coating- we do not WANT more coated pans, who knows how much of that coating we have already unwittingly ingested?! I have had much less expensive cookware that lasted many years. Save your money - buy another brand.

Misleading photos

The pictures made it appear I was getting all stainless pots except for the non-stick frying pans. The pictures were miss leading and I returned the set.

layer demaged

The 3-ply bond comes off after using few times only. Extremely poor qualify for excessive and unreasonable price. Very disappointed with this brand and lack of responsibility for poor quality overpriced product.

Great non-stick pan

Although not a fan of non-stick pans, this one is great. I primarily use it for eggs and tofu. I use my other stainless steel All Clad pans for everything else.
