CLOSEOUT! D3 Stainless Steel 7.5" French Skillet
Product details
Web ID: 11250064sticks forever not recommended
I regret buying this pan-I love all my other all clad—this pan sticks terribly. I bought it to cook a single egg but eggs stick like crazy even two years later —none of my other all clad pots or pans stick like this. This skillet is only good for heating tiny amounts of liquid—waste of cash and space.

Nice little pan but feels very light.
Over all a nice small pan which comes in handy warming or sautéing small portions. I had this same model pan years ago but my wife disappeared it. The old pan had a wider base and rolled edge that seemed more quality in construction. That said this pan functions very well.

A Cute Pan!
What a cute little pan! My wife absolutely loves it. She uses it daily for her eggs and omelets. It has the same great quality of the other pans in a smaller, highly functional size. Thanks All Coad for all the options in your pan selection.

Don’t buy
Tried to fry an egg on this & it was a disaster. Everything sticks. It’s terrible.

Disappointed
Really not good quality, gets this brown stain every time I heat it up. Also super lightweight. Disappointed

One of the best pans i own.
Great high temperature pan. I use it often. The 10 inch and the 7 inch are a must in your kitchen

Not what All Clad stainless skillets used to be...
I bought this last week and tried it out today on an omelet. I followed their instructions precisely. I had to use a huge amount of oil to make sure it wouldn't stick. It doesn't seem to be well crafted: the metal looks weird in some places, with some sparkly pieces that might be small pieces of metal not well melted when they made it(?) And it immediately gets dark spots on the exterior if you don't wipe every bit of water off (not sure they went away even when I rewet it). What is both a manufacturing flaw and very annoying is that where the handle is supposed to be welded on, one side of it (and the center of that area) has a *gap* so food gets in there and you'll never ever be able to get it out again! I started wondering if the reason they had these on sale is because they are defective. (?) Or are they just made poorly now? I have an All Clad skillet and a saucepan that I bought in the late '80s that were expertly crafted and have never failed me even after all these years.

Just What I Needed
This little pan does just what I needed it for, frying eggs, sautéing a shallot&a clove or two of garlic or anything else you only need a little of. I absolutely dig this little pan! I made flatbread in it with some sesame oil and it left a brown residue. Couldn’t get it off. BooHoo. Should I knock down my rating and and declare I’ll never buy so much as swizzle stick from all-Clad again? No, I’ll throw in a can of their stainless steel cleaner when I order the next piece I purchase. And guess what. When I blackened an onion in ghee for some kichari, a lot of the residue came off. Now shhhh…don’t tell on me, but II also sometimes use a metal spatula to scrape it. You see, I by All-Clad to cook good food well and it does that. Not to hang it on a hook to impress somebody. You folks who moan on about a stain on pan should just buy two of whatever you buy. One for cooking and one for showing off. Gotta go now and figure out what to cook in my little skillet to put on some udon noodles, and ponder what piece of All-Claddery to pick up next.
