Needs an experienced chef

Well, first let me say that I did a lot of research before I purchased the beautiful five clad stainless steel six piece set and it came with three pots and pans and three lids hence even though only three total products it counts as six pieces anyway, I bought it because it was nontoxic, and despite the very big price tag, All the reviews said it could last a lifetime if taken care of properly. To me, then it is totally worth the price because it is safe to use, absolutely beautifully made, and I won’t have to replace it, which even if it was half the price if you have to replace something twice in a lifetime then it isn’t really a deal, right? So besides the fact that it was beautifully made, all the reviews were positive, I also liked that the handles were specifically supposed to stay cool to the touch despite the heavy heat. Also, you could use them in the oven and you could use them on a stove, top, etc. I got them, and they were glorious looking. I would’ve been proud to put them in a museum. They were so nicely made. I didn’t know that I did not have to season them before I use them, but I did talk to a couple stainless steel cooks that I know who were explaining the best way to use it. Unfortunately, I try to fried egg. And I tried to flip it. And half the egg stuck and burned. It did clean up right away. It looked good as new. But I knew it would be a lifetime of struggling because I’m not an accomplished cook, I barely cook. So, I did return them. If I had more experience and more time to learn, I would’ve kept them. I will now go to a ceramic set that is nonstick, but supposedly nontoxic.

Awesome quality! So happy we bought them.

We love these! The pot and pans in this set are even better than we imagined. They look great and feel great. We've cooked, sauteed and steamed with them and were pleasantly surprised that nothing stuck to the bottom. Really great quality!

Good, but not perfect for me

Nice quality, but these are quite heavy. Also, I don’t like the rivets inside the pot. I wish the entire inside of the pot was smooth for easier cleaning.

It's even low stick!

I like the mirror finish in the lids, and the scratch irrelevant brushed finish inside. I got the heavier D5 for more even heating, and made Spanish rice the other day, and heated up some frozen soup. It really is nonstick! How'd you do that? It scrapes right up with a silicone spatula. Much better than other steel pans I've had, or my cast iron pan that a year later still sticks to eggs. Folks told me I missed out in the ceramic coated technology, I don't think I'll miss it.
