I was so anxious for my grill pan to arrive, only to find it warped. It rocked on all sides on the induction stove. I immediately started a return. This is the second item I have had to return to All Clad. Not impressed with the quality these days.
Great pan for breakfast.
Though I love round cast iron griddles for eggs, this pan works better for its ability to cook evenly without browning/toughening omelets. They come off thin and fluffy, instead of thick and tough. Also, no mess. A paper towel will easily wipe off anything left behind making cleanup just that much easier and simple. And, with its size, I can scramble eggs, push them to the back to stay warm while I fry up a couple of over-easy eggs. Now, we can eat together instead of in shifts like we do with out cast iron round griddle.

NOT induction compatible
Description indicates it is induction compatible. It is not. Sent it back.
Does not work with induction ranges!
For anyone else who might be purchasing this for their induction ranges, don’t. Though the description claims it is compatible, it is not. I think the error is with the Macy’s description as the All Clad box itself indicates it is only compatible with gas and electric ranges.
Love it!
I have used one of these griddles for years it holds up very well as long as you follow direction. Don’t use sprays in it, you don’t need it. I purchased another one recently because my daughter was complaining about the griddle she was using so, I purchased one for her. She could not believe how much better it was to use. I’m a senior citizen and my daughter is middle age. I’ve had mine for 10 years, worth the investment. Don’t use spray on it, I will use some no salt butter when I cook eggs.

Bring on the pancakes
My kids love pancakes. I’ve been through many pans and over the years which have lost the nonstick and ended up with burnt pancakes. Since I have found All Clad to hold up the best, I decided to buy this double burner pan. I’ve had it for a few weeks and so far have made great pancakes.

Pancake Perfector!
If you want to make perfect pancakes look no further. This griddle is great for making the best pancakes! It makes cooking breakfast a breeze. I used this griddle to make pancakes, barria tacos and burgers. It’s just the right size not too bulky like the plug in griddles. It’s super sturdy, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Multi purpose, can be used in the oven as well. Be carefully the handles do get hot.
