Very disappointed

The description states it can be used on an induction cooktop. This is incorrect. It is not magnetic and does not work on an induction cooktop. Very disappointed.

Just buy it you will ADORE this place.

I have used this thing atleast three times a week for breakfast. And shes oven safe so great for biscuits while im whipping up gravy. I host family sometimes and there's a total of 9 of us! So I need the big pan. And I love it!!

Doesn't work with GE Cafe Induction Range

Does not work on induction stove - the raised bottom surface doesn't provide enough contact.

Griddle

I was so anxious for my grill pan to arrive, only to find it warped. It rocked on all sides on the induction stove. I immediately started a return. This is the second item I have had to return to All Clad. Not impressed with the quality these days.

Great pan for breakfast.

Though I love round cast iron griddles for eggs, this pan works better for its ability to cook evenly without browning/toughening omelets. They come off thin and fluffy, instead of thick and tough. Also, no mess. A paper towel will easily wipe off anything left behind making cleanup just that much easier and simple. And, with its size, I can scramble eggs, push them to the back to stay warm while I fry up a couple of over-easy eggs. Now, we can eat together instead of in shifts like we do with out cast iron round griddle.
