Good griddle pan the only thing I don't like about it is its sides are to short,when I cook bacon in it it's useless because u only have to cook 2 stripes at a time because, sides are so low,the oil will fall over, u can only use it for pancakes

Great Griddle
I hadn't purchased a griddle for several years and was unsure of the quality of All-Clad but decided to purchase this griddle as it was on sale. I was so pleasantly surprised as this griddle cooks evenly and makes Saturday morning pancake breakfast a treat we look forward to every weekend :)

Love this nonstick griddle! The family loves pancakes made with this griddle. Pancakes cook so quickly and easily.
Not flat
Bought this through the Macy's web site to replace a cheaper one which was warped. I checked it when I took it out of the box & it was a little warped also. I emailed All-Clad & this is their response: "We thank you for your email via All-Clad.com. The convex center of the griddle is normal. While heating the pan should flatten. If you have any additional questions, please contact our Consumer Service Department at 1-800-255-2523. Representatives are available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday thru Friday." Heating did not solve the problem. I sent them a photo of the pan, but I don't know how to post the photo here.
Fantastic Griddle
I have been needing a griddle for the longest while and finally decided to purchase this one to match the grill I had just bought. I only used one time so far but it worked very well. The pancakes turned out fantastic, nothing like making them in a fry pan. I look forward to using my griddle again.

I wish I bought a second. This thing is great for pancakes and french toast, burgers or whatever. I love it!
