Nice pan but not a wok

Beautifully made but too shallow to be used as a true wok. It also needs a lid, preferably domed

Good but handle needs improvement.

Great product but the handle is not very ergonomic. Its not the easiest to pick up and toss the food. Instead of a solid handle is has a curved indention on the top which makes is hard to get a good grip.

Happy WOK

Large 14” wok . Replaced my carbon steel Chinese wok that was too much maintenance. All-Clad D3® Tri-Ply Stainless-Steel Wok is made in America and is easy to care for. Light enough to deal with any cooking tasks. Very evenly distributed heat.

BUT IT!

It’s fantastic! I’m no stranger to cooking with a wok but this is my SS wok. I’m so glad I made this purchase. Heat distribution is amazing and it cleans in seconds. Well worth the money. I cook with a wok at least 5-nights a week.
