Impressive pan
This frying pan is amazing. I am impressed at the sheer weight and sturdiness. The thickness contributes to even heating without hot spots, and it is able to keep the heat after adding food because of its thickness. I have never owned a pan with high sides like this, and I really like it. The nonstick material is impressive as well. It feels so smooth and heavily coated. It is extremely easy to clean as well. I highly recommend this frying pan!

Must-have Pan
The Alva Maestro Nonstick Stainless Steel Frying Pans are heavy-duty, well-constructed pans that are sure to last a long time. This pan is the ideal size to cook many different dishes with the perfect depth, although it is a bit heavy. This stainless steel pan heats up quickly and stays hot, and I had no issues with my food cooking. It has a sturdy handle that did not get hot during cooking; however, it did scratch just by me handling it. The nonstick coating is wonderful and nontoxic, and cleaning was easy. The lid is sold separately. This high-quality pan is a must-have for a chef of any caliber.

Most powerful pan ever had
I've been using this pan for over two weeks, nearly every other day, to see how well it holds up. I've noticed some dirt on the bottom of the pan, but honestly, I think my family just isn't cleaning it properly, and it has already started to stain. Overall, though, the non-stick surface is fantastic—nothing sticks to it, and I mean literally nothing. I even burned some food on it, and it still didn't stick. This pan gets a lot hotter than my usual ones, so I've had to lower the heat a bit. Overall, I love it. This is probably the most luxurious pan I've ever owned. I usually wouldn't spend this much on a pan, but now that I've tried it, I might look into buying more. It's definitely worth it if it can last a few years!

Love it
Any home chef or a professional should be pleased and proud to own this pan. It is definitely heavy-duty, but not too heavy. This is a great overall chefs quality pan. I use it for pretty much everything, including searing and cooking steaks to stir-fry. A must have in every kitchen.

Really great quality
Visually right out of the box it was eye catching! The non stick coating is thick and smooth, this pan definitely has some quality weight to it. It’s not cheaply made at all, and it shows. Affordable and versatile! It’s non stick so it was incredibly easy to cook with, little to no oil needed. Not only is it durable but the heat distribution was great, all my food cooked evenly. Cleaning was breeze, just remember to follow care instructions like letting the pan cool and not to use certain cleaning products or harsh sponges.
