Love these greens! The Amazing Grass Lemon Lime Energy Blend Greens is the best! It has a wonderful taste and is very easy to mix into your favorite liquid, but honestly I keep it simple and just mix it with water because the Lemon Lime flavor is delicious. I usually start my mornings off with this energy blend because I’m not a coffee drinker, and guess what? It does the trick giving me a boost in the morning.

definitely green

it definitely tastes green so be prepared for that energy wise. It’s it’s fine. It definitely feels like you’re getting a lot of veggies a lot of fruits. It feels nourishing but if you’re looking specifically for energy, it’s like green tea energy instead of like coffee energy, which is probably better for people who may be sensitive it also taste better if cut with soda water
