Do NOT buy rugs on website

Rug was delivered wet. And therefore damaged. Since it was sent directly from the manufacturer, I really have no options but to keep because it can’t be returned to the store. I can sent it back because I can roll and wrap it. Lesson learned don’t buy rugs off of Macys website

Oily rug with a bad smell.

The rug had a oily substance all over it. It was also a real hassle to return to the Macy's store. DO NOT BUY!!

Corners won’t lay down.

This is a nice little rug we used at our back door. It is very soft but not too plush to where the door catches it when it opens. The only complaint is that the corners will not lay down completely. I’ve had it out for over a month and even tried steaming them. Also, be advised that there is no non slip coating on the bottom so you may need a rug mat.
