Just purchased 5/2025. Took trip out of Country in June 2025 and handle broke already. Not durable. Very disappointed. Trying to get resolution to get monies back as not back in USA within 30 days of purchase.

I was disappointed with this suitcase. The only compartment it has is a small zip bag on the inside. Otherwise, it is just a nice-looking box. I'm surprised because American Tourister has a good reputation for its products. I will return it.

The bag I received was damaged. The handle sticks out half way, doesn’t go in completely. Looks like a used bag with dirty wheel, scratches on the body of the bag.

About eleven months ago I wrote a review about my purchase, and American Tourister read the review and said someone would get in touch with me In regards to my opinion on my negative review of American “cascade.” Luggage. As of today 3.8.25, know one Has communicated with me in regards to this matter. I think 30 day return policy for Macys should be revised. How do you know if a piece of luggage is going to work out in 30 days. T. Banahan

Very cheaply made. The sides seem okay, although I have not used it as a checked bag. The pulling handle is very loose and wobbly, and the zipper sticks on the corners, even with zero stress on it. Return window was past before my first use so I'm stuck with it unless A.T. Will accept it back.
