USED

I am deciding if I want to exchange or keep. It came with dirt on wheels and some small marking on side of luggage. it appears to have been used. The purple luggage itself is beautiful and I will review after exchange or use. I know my first use will do what is already done to luggage or more, so IDK. I just feel it should be BRAND NEW my first use.

Handle Broke! Do not recommend item

Just purchased 5/2025. Took trip out of Country in June 2025 and handle broke already. Not durable. Very disappointed. Trying to get resolution to get monies back as not back in USA within 30 days of purchase.

Is a box

I was disappointed with this suitcase. The only compartment it has is a small zip bag on the inside. Otherwise, it is just a nice-looking box. I'm surprised because American Tourister has a good reputation for its products. I will return it.

Handle won’t close

The bag I received was damaged. The handle sticks out half way, doesn’t go in completely. Looks like a used bag with dirty wheel, scratches on the body of the bag.
