Cute suitcase

This suitcase is super cute in person! However, the first time I used it, the top handle broke off. Very disappointed!

snow white suitcase poor quality

it broke as soon as i took it out of the box. suit case looked great quality was poor.

Love the bag, handles are terrible

I bought this last March and have used it twice, the last time I used it the top handle broke off before the bag even came off the ground.

Don’t waste your money

For some reason I thought that the other reviews would have got American Tourister to change the handles on these bags. They didn’t. On the FIRST USE the handle broke clean off. My SON who is 11 just picked it up to put it in the car. Here’s a picture of the break and of all the other AT bags we own and never had this issue.

JUNK

THE HANDLE ON THE TOP OF THE LUGGAGE BROKE THE FIRST TIME WE LIFTED IT BY THE HANDLE. THE WAS ONLY ABOUT 45LBS IN IT. IT NEVER EVEN SAW A BAGGAGE HANDLER AT THE AIRPORT. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cute, but...

Love the look of this luggage. However the top handle on the 28” size snapped in half as I took it out of the box. I hope the handle can be replaced. :(
