Broken within the first year
Bag broke under normal usage well within the first year of use. Do not recommend.

Love this Tourister, easy to find on the luggage rack, rides easy in the airport and packs great.

Poor quality in material
I purchased this suitcase in July used it for a trip and there are three rips. The material isn’t great and it was so expensive. I can’t even use the suitcase for other trips.

Carryon
It looks great and serves the purpose, but the structure could be a little firmer. Good carryon for the price.

Flaws in wheel design… ruined vacation
The suitcase was shipped and was in perfect condition. However only loaded to 38lbs, the back 2 wheels snapped off within 1000ft of pulling it on a sidewalk. Had to lug the suitcase for the entire trip since we had to make our flight.
The Wheels Do Not Roll Well
I used this luggage for an international trip. The wheels do not roll well, whether it was on a firm or carpeted surface. For this reason, I’m not happy with this product.

Great Choice
I traveled across country with these bags and they do not have a scratch on them. Contents arrived intact. I am very happy with this luggage.
