I gave it 1 star because nobody that works in the store can take the time to measure a suitcase ~I order 2X and both times they sent a 26” suitcase from the store instead what I ordered the 28”. What an inconvenience to lug a suitcase back to the store because they sent the wrong size. I imagine it’s a good item however the rating is due sending wrong item 2X.

Great suitcase, not too big or too small! Has nice pockets in both sides of suitcase, sturdy and great 360° turn of wheels!

Zipper issues
Bought 2 suitcases, both have broken zippers and I couldn’t use them for my trip. Used an old case instead and will be returning them when I arrive back into the States.

Luggage Cracked
I received the luggage one week before my trip from Atlanta to New York. The shell cracked on my first airline trip. The crack is so large it is a hole so I can't use the luggage again. I have another brand of luggage that has endured many airline trips without any problems. I don't do reviews but felt this needed to be told.
