item arrived quickly, but the ring was completely discolored when I opened the box. The metal was almost black. I will be returning it.

Ring showed up with the metal completely oxidized.

So upset because this would be a gorgeous ring, but mine showed up with the metal completely discolored and almost burnt-looking. Like oxidized titanium. I don’t know what to do because I would love the ring if it looked as it should, but I don’t want to go through the hassle of mailing it back for a replacement to get the Black Friday deal I got on it vs just returning it to my local Macy’s :(
