loss of stones

I received the ring and withing 1 day of wearing it (it was a gift) a stone fell out of the setting and could not find it. I need to return it. Please tell me how to go about that ASAP.

Certainly the most beautiful Blue Topaz ring!

The size of the stones are so perfect that the ring does not feel bulky on a finger at all. The ring is very light, well made and super beautiful. I wish they had one in ruby too.

Garnet ring

Pretty it's but too small. I shouldn't have pulled the tag off it. So I can't return or exchange it. FYI make sure you don't pull the tag off your ring until you try it on.
