Gorgeous gown

I received this beautiful colbalt blue gown really fast. I was happy to see on my porch so soon. I rushed to try it on and the bustling was too tight. I went to exchange for another size and was told at Macys customer service that this is a third party vendor and can’t be exchanged through Macys. I can return it at Macys but would need to contact vendor to reorder at same price that I bought it. Presently it 80 dollars more on Macys website.
