14K gold layer wears off

Bought two rings (Eloisa and Amara) in September and now in January, there's noticeable wear after daily use. The 14k gold layer is getting worn on the edge--I can see the brass underneath. I do expect this to happen over time, but not even lasting 6 months is wild. Welp. My bad, I guess. I'll get solid gold in the future.

Lost its gold color quickly

I bought this to wear on a trip in place of my engagement and wedding ring. The trip was nine days long and by about day 7 it was faded and silvery - no longer the gold color pictured. If I really had removed it whenever I washed my hands or showered or slept maybe it would have lasted longer - but not sure that's practical at all. Even if it had been longer - it would have been a couple weeks at most. Such a pretty design - but definitely does not hold up.

So cute but the gold plating wore away

I absolutely love the look and style of this ring. The only issue is that within just a week of wearing it, the gold plating on the back wore away.
