Beautiful but clasp did not stay closed

Ordered these for my granddaughter’s 17th birthday. They arrived in a very timely manner, however one earring was secured on the little cardboard thing while the other was not - the clasp would not stay closed. For the price of these earring I expected them to be better made and stay securely closed . Had to return them.
