Terrible - One pearl was missing!

I would rate this a zero if I could. The earrings arrived in a small ziploc bag with one pearl completely missing. No quality control at all and no thought put into packaging. Now I have an extra errand to run to return them - horrible experience for a $60 pair of earrings!
